As always staff very friebdly. Was assigned to service person Lori who was away?? Gave me Suzie who helped me. I did have to go to desk to see if car was done. She had my paperwork but was waiting for key which was sitting at Lori's station.
I brought my car in for an oil change and to speak to a salesperson regarding my lease. The oil change was fast and my ssalesman Mark was extremely helpful showing me my options and what I needed to do to upgrade to my next vehicle. I was very impressed with the service I received.
It took you six times to fix the truck. My technician Vincent was condescending while treating me. Mat the Service manager said that he was going to give me a check for one month and I haven���t received that yet either
